Granularity Test of Tempered Glass
Tempered glass granularity test:
Two pieces of tempered glass are selected from each batch of glass to be tested, and the place where the center of the long side of the glass plate is 13mm higher than the bottom edge is taken as the breaking point (see figure). After the glass is broken, the two areas with the largest granularity are selected in a 50mm*50mm box for counting. The number of crack-free particles completely contained in the 50mm*50mm box must be ≥50, and the largest particle size must be ≤ 15 mm * 8 mm.
